Yin + Pins (SOLD OUT)
Bringing together the ancient modalities of yoga and acupuncture, Yin + Pins is a practice to restore balance in the body. Beginning with the long supported holds of our yin practice, we allow the body to begin to release tension, while the energetic channels of Chinese Medicine are gently affected. As the body drops into a deeper state of relaxation, a gentle acupuncture treatment will be offered during an extended savasana. Join Kate, a licensed acupuncturist, Chinese herbal medicine practitioner and senior yoga teacher, for this 2 hour experience to feel nourished, rested and restored.

Winter Water Flow
During this 2-hour masterclass we’ll embark on a journey of self-discovery and inner exploration. Led by Kate Dambach and her signature sequencing, this experience will weave together pranayama, meditation, and asana to strengthen our internal awareness and cultivate a trust in our intuition.
Through the lens of Chinese Medicine, Winter relates to the Water element, and while it is often associated with a sense of fluidity, water also embodies a persistence and strength that can wear away the hardest of rock. Winter invites us to remember our own inner strength, developing a patience to move not from a place of force but trusted knowing and fortitude.
