Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine Practitioner

Kate Dambach

The practitioner is standing in a door way smiling.

Kate is a degree-qualified and registered acupuncturist and Chinese herbal medicine practitioner. She is accredited by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), the Chinese Medicine Board of Australia (CMBA), and is a member of the Australian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association (AACMA).

Kate’s journey into acupuncture began through her extensive career in teaching and practicing yoga. She was deeply drawn to the holistic and transformative power of acupuncture in addressing discomfort and imbalance in the body, mind, and spirit.

Her personal experience using acupuncture and Chinese medicine to manage endometriosis, period pain, and irregular cycles ignited a passion for women’s health. She is particularly interested in areas such as cycle regulation, pelvic pain, fibroids, PCOS, peri and menopausal symptoms, and endometriosis. This naturally evolved into a dedication to supporting fertility—both natural conception and IVF—and all stages of pregnancy, including birth preparation.

Kate brings a compassionate, holistic approach to her treatments, focusing on truly listening and tailoring care to each individual’s unique needs. Kate is passionate about supporting others on their health and well-being journey, just as she has been supported over the years by many generous practitioners.

We’re all just walking each other home.
